• Step  1:  Prepare your documents

  The following documents are required for the recognition of foreign education and/or qualification:  

  1. Document confirming the citizenship and identifying the applicant ID (passport); 
  2. Original copy of the diploma or certificate of FEQ, the specific legalization procedure of which will depend on the country where the diploma was issued;
  3. Original of official transcripts (supplement with marks);
  4. Notarized translation of above mentioned docuemnts.

  Experts reserve the right to request, if necessary, additional documents confirming the appropriate level of training of the holder of foreign education.

• Step  2:  Fill in the application in a Personal account

  In the field "Scan of the original educational document and supplement with marks" you have to upload  scans of legalized/apostilled educational documents (diploma and transcript)  in one multipage pdf-file.

  In the field "Russian translation of foreign educational documents and any supplements" you have to upload scans of original translations of these documents in one multipage pdf-file.

  Please note! All scans must be of good quality and easy-to-read.

  For applicants of graduate (admissions campaign for Russian citizens)

  For applicants of undergraduate and post-graduate (admissions campaign for Russian citizens)

• Step  3:  Result of consideration of application

  Application for recognition is returned - read carefully a comment from expert, update your application and re-submit.

  Preliminary recognition - the documents should be revised, read carefully a comment from expert in your Personal account.

  Final recognition - the documents are OK, bring them to the study office upon arrival at the University.
