Applications Open for 2017 International Admissions

On November 1, applications opened for 2017 admissions to undergraduate and graduate programmes at HSE. This year, a new online application system has been introduced to simplify the procedure for international applicants.

Three application rounds have been created so that candidates can learn about the results of their applications as early as the end of February 2017.

We encourage you to apply as soon as you feel that your application is ready. Please note that only applications received in the first and second rounds (by May 1, 2017) will be considered for full-tution scholarship funding. Other scholarships may be available on a programme-by-programme basis.
