Ranked lists for Bachelor's degree programs

Dear Applicants,

The competitive selection process for tuition-based places in Bachelor's and Master's degree programs for 2025 has been completed. We are publishing the ranked lists for programs where the number of applicants who have paid under a tuition agreement exceeds the number of places available. These lists are ranked based on entrance examination results.

Admission to Bachelor's and Master's Programs with Ranked Lists

* Applicants whose registration numbers are highlighted in green on the lists have been included within the available number of places and will be admitted to HSE University.

  To successfully complete the admission process, you must fill out the "Enrollment Documents" section in your personal account by August 29 and receive confirmation of the submission.

* The official admission order will be issued on August 30, 2025. A notification including the order number and date will be sent to your email.

* Applicants whose registration numbers fall outside the available number of places will, unfortunately, not be admitted to HSE University and will not be included in the admission order.

  In the event of non-admission, any tuition fees paid under the agreement will be refunded to the person who made the payment, after a written refund request is submitted. A sample refund request form will be sent to your email by August 30, 2025.

Admission to Bachelor's and Master's Programs without Ranked Lists

Applicants who have signed a tuition agreement for programs where the number of paid applicants does not exceed the number of available places will be included in the admission order on August 30, 2025.

To successfully complete the admission process, you must fill out the "Enrollment Documents" section in your personal account by August 29 and receive confirmation of the submission.
