Important information about the Unified State Exam for foreign applicants

In accordance with the amendments of 28.12.2024 to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", foreign citizens are granted the right to be admitted to study based on the results of internal entrance exams only if they do not have the results of the Unified State Exam (USE).
Thus, a foreign citizen does not have the right to take internal entrance exams in general education subjects for which he or she has USE results obtained no earlier than 4 years before the year of admission to study (this means, if the foreign citizen took the USE in these subjects in the year of admission and (or) within 4 years before the year of admission).
