State scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation	The HSE Commission will determine the list of candidates who have passed the competitive selection process and are designated as winners of the HSE International Olympiad in the Bachelor's Degree track. The list of Olympiad winners will be compiled no later than April 1, 2026.	100%
Rossotrudnichestvo quota	International applicants applying through Rossotrudnichestvo have the right to choose a program in accordance with the field of study for which they have received a quota in the country. HSE University reserves the right to independently determine the program of study, regardless of the applicant's wishes and priorities.	100%
