Number of Russian government scholarship places for Bachelor's programmes in 2024
In the table below you can find information on the number of 100% scholarships for each of HSE's Bachelor's programmes for the Moscow campus.
The decision to grant a scholarship is made individually for every international applicant during a special commission meeting.
We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible as the number of available scholarships decreases fast (you can see the progress in the table). Whether you’re interested in studying with us in Moscow or any other campus, submitting your application early means you'll receive first consideration in the admissions review as well as for 100% scholarships. The earlier you apply, the more chances you have of being recommended for the full scholarship.
