The Higher School of Economics (HSE) welcomes the participants of the international competition ‘Open Doors: Russian Scholarship Project’, which is being organized by the ‘Global Universities’ Association!

HSE is overseeing the competition’s ‘Economics’ and ‘Political science’ section.

Who Can Participate?

Foreign citizens, stateless persons, and Russian citizens living abroad, who already have a Bachelor’s degree or are completing a Bachelor’s programme in 2019.

Award Winners

Participants who have successfully passed the two rounds and whose overall score puts them in the top 25% shall be deemed ‘Award Winners’.
