Receiving Entrance Examination Results

To conclude an educational contract, you must have results for all entrance examinations not lower than the established minimum for the program, and your total score must exceed the criteria for concluding a contract.

Concluding a Contract

Deadline: June 20 – August 17, 2026

• Log in to your HSE University Applicant's Personal Account
• Submit a request in the "My Contracts" section
• Wait to receive the draft contract
• Verify your data, sign, and send the scan to inter@hse.ru

Obtaining a Discount

Discounts based on the sum of competition points are applied automatically. Other discounts are applied based on an application, according to the Regulations on Discounts.

Contract Payment

Deadline: no later than August 17, 2026

• Download the receipt in your account → "My Contracts" → "Pay"
• Pay for the first semester
• Send the payment check to inter@hse.ru or upload it in your account → "Receipt"

Competition Process

Concluding a contract does not guarantee enrollment. If the number of applicants who have concluded and paid for a contract exceeds the number of established places, a competition will be held among applicants.

The competition is held among applicants who have concluded a contract and provided a payment receipt by August 17, 2026.

• August 19 — competitive lists of applicants will be published
• August 20 — the enrollment order will be published

Applicants who do not pass the competition will not be enrolled. In case of non-enrollment, funds will be refunded.

Refund of Funds (if necessary)

• In case of non-enrollment, funds are refunded after a written application (form available on request at inter@hse.ru)
• To a foreign bank account — up to 60 calendar days
• All commissions and currency conversion fees are deducted from the refund amount
• HSE University is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances
